Get some ';LiL' Smokies';, wrap some bacon around them, spread some brown sugar, and bake them at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Get your mom to help you with this if you have never used the oven before.

Cheese, Hillshire Farms Beef Sausage, and Breton's Multi Grain crackers are yummy snacks.

Get a can of Refried Beans, a can of Rotel (original), and shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese and put them all together in a pot, heat it up, and whalah...a great bean/cheese dip with a kick! Get some Santitos chips to go with it. Or Tostitos. :-) YUM!

Quacker Rice Snacks (Caramel flavor), are really good and low in calories! :-)

Hope this helps. HAVE FUN!

And the first answerer is right...Yahoo regulations is that you must be 13 to be on here. So take note in that. I'm answering your question anyway because this was a very innocent/nice question.
Don't do anything too big, nothing needs to be perfect. Try some nachos and salsa for one, it is easy to make and only costs 6 dollars maximum.

Popcorn is a classic for when watching movies or T.V during the night. Those are a couple of things I could recommend. They are easy to make/set up and are cheap for tight budgets.
Make smores if you have access to a fire, or you can make them in the microwave just keep an eye on them the marshmallows tend to grow, a lot. You could make pizzas, nachos, get some pizza bites, make cupcakes, all sorts of things. Just be creative.
