What are some cheap easy finger food recipes?

I am having a make up party for family and friends. It is sort of formal. does anyone have any ideas for some cheap and easy finger food? Finger foods like cheese on toothpicks and spread on crackers. Not like pizza rolls and bagel bites. I would like them to be small and simple. Because my family sort of lacks manners and if their is a lot of big finger foods they will try to eat till they get full.

Any ideas??

Thanks! What are some cheap easy finger food recipes?
Hmmmm.....here are some ideas you might be able to use:

1. Asparagas (steamed crisp tender and chilled) wrapped with thin slices of prosciutto ham. Serve with a dijonaise sauce.

2. Pepper salami, thinly sliced, spread with cream cheese and wrapped around cornichons. Secure with toothpicks.

3. Cheese platter: Get some Tillimook Cheddar and cut it into wedges. Serve with crackers and fresh grapes.

4. Crescent rollups: Take a can of Pillsbury Crescent Roll and roll out dough into a rectangle. Make sure you seal all the seams. Mix 1 3oz package softend cream cheese with 3 T sour cream and 2 T Knorr Dry Vege Soup Mix, and 5 slices crumbled bacon. Spread on dough and top with shredded chicken. Roll up jellyroll style and cut into 8 slices. Bake at 350 degrees until golden and puffed.

5. Lettuce rollups filled with shredded rotisserie chicken, shredded carrots, bean sprouts and serve with a peanut dipping sauce.

6. Thin slices of roast beef spread with horseradish cream sauce and wrapped around breadsticks.

7. Deviled eggs with curry and sweet relish

8. Hummus with fresh veges

9. Prawns on ice with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges (this sounds expensive, but you can purchase mega quantities at Costco or Sams for very little)

10. Chips and salsaWhat are some cheap easy finger food recipes?
1. Chicken satay with peanut sauce

2. Fruit kabobs with brown sugar, vanilla, sour cream dipping sauce

3. Asparagas, cooked crisp tender, wrapped in prosciutto

4. Melon slices with thin slices of Black Forest Ham

5. Pepper salami, or sopressata, with goat cheese and rolled around a cornichon (french pickle)

6. Cucumber rounds with creme fraiche, smoked salmon, and a dill sprig.

7. Baguette slices with a bit of good mustard, sliced tomato, and sliced asiago cheese (thin!)

8. Tortollini skewers (with grape tomatos and fresh basil) with warm marinara dipping sauce.

9. Brie en Croute: whole wheel of brie topped with your favorite preserves, enclosed in a puff pastry shell and baked until puffed and golden. Luscious!

10. Cocktail weiners in crescent rolls and served with sweet hot mustard
I am having the same problem! So far I am making cocktail weenies and taco dip, and maybe Real Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip, and someone just suggested to me peanut butter balls. I was looking online and I found this site:

They also have stuff like Chicken Ball Appetizers, and tons of others. Good luck, and if you find anything else, let me know!
