going to a fry fest and want to take something to fry, snickers, twinkies, do you batter them or freeze them or what? best meats?Any good deep fry food recipes?
Twinkies you don't have to freeze, but Snickers must be frozen or the chocolate will run everywhere. They gotta be battered.
I like the classic chicken tenders, they're always good.
My personal favorite, is deep-fried cheesecake. Its so fattening, but so good. Take a cheese cake and make them into two-bite size pieces. Take a wonton wrapper and tightly wrap them in it, throw it ina deep-fryer until golden. About 2 minutes.Any good deep fry food recipes?

I am a fan of fried oreos...like to use a pancake batter for frying.
