there are so many recipes out there! not just the standard stew, chili and stuff. go to the following website and enter the words ';slow cooker'; make sure to leave the space between the two words. you will get over 500 recipe's to choose from. Recipezaar is a great website, you can make up your own page free and save recipes for future use. they do have premium accounts, but you don't really need that. it's free and there are a ton of recipes!
how about maid rites you put hamburger in crock pot add a little coke about 2 shots per pound (don't laugh it really works to break down the hamburger so you dont have big lumps) add salt and pepper to taste drain grease eat and enjoy or you can use this recipe to make tacos just remember to drain the grease and occasionally stir while cooking to make sure it cooks evenly.
