Does anyone has any Greece food recipes?

I had some but moving seem to have misplace them so hope someone out there is greece.Does anyone has any Greece food recipes?
1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni


1 pound ground beef


1 large onion, chopped


1 garlic clove, minced


1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce


1/2 cup water


1 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


1/4 teaspoon pepper


1 egg, lightly beaten


1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


SAUCE:


1 cup butter


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


3 cups milk


2 eggs, lightly beaten


1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese








DIRECTIONS


Cook macaroni according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain macaroni.


In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, egg and Parmesan cheese; set aside. For sauce, in a large saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and cinnamon until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount to hot mixture into eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese.


In a greased 3-qt. baking dish, spread half of the macaroni mixture. Top with beef mixture and remaining macaroni mixture. Pour sauce over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.Does anyone has any Greece food recipes?
BEEF MOUSSAKA





1 lb lean ground beef


1 pkg fresh mushrooms


1 pkg beef flavored mushroom soup (not diluted)


1 c water


1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce


2 pkgs monterey jack cheese


2 small eggplants or one large





Brown ground beef and sliced fresh mushrooms. While this is cooking peel and slice eggplant (3/4';), dip in light pancake batter and fry in lightly oiled or sprayed skillet. when ground beef is done, add mushroom soup (dry) then add water and tomato sauce. Continue to simmer. Grate cheese. Layer in baking dish the eggplant, meat sauce, cheese. Bake at 350潞 until cheese is bubbly and turning brown (apx 1 hour). You may want to substitute any kind of squash or use in addition to the eggplant. Potatoes may be sliced and used as an additional layer.
i make tzakiki by using a pot of low fat bio natural yogurt and then i add a grated cucumber take skin off grate the cucumber put it in a sieve and sprinkle with salt leave cucumber for at least an hour and keep pressing on it so 6the water goes through the sieve then add it to yog with 2 large crushed cloves of garlic and add 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar leave covered for a couple of hours for flavor to develop yummy
