A tray of cut up fresh vegetables is always a party pleaser for my family:

3 large carrots

6 celery stalks

1 container grape tomatoes

2 large seedless cucumbers

1 bunch radishes

1 head each broccoli and cauliflower

2 bell peppers, any color

Wash the vegetables well with cool water. Peel and trim the carrots. Trim the ends off the celery and radishes.

Trim bite-size florets off the cauliflower and broccoli, rinsing again to remove any trapped dirt.

Cut the celery, carrots and peppers into strips, the cucumber into spears, and halve the radishes.

Arrange on a tray and serve with low-fat dip or ranch dressing.
Deviled eggs, celery and carrot sticks,.Peanut butter for the celery, carrot sticks with ranch dressing, broccoli and cauliflower to dip in ranch, olives, cheese cubes with a variety of crackers. Little smokies in bbq sauce, cocktail meatballs.Use toothpicks to serve them with. Just a few that my family likes. Merry Christmas.
My kids and family love this one:

buy wheat pita bread, sliced roast beef, swiss cheese, and philidelphia cream cheese (either garlic and herb or chive and onion) depending on your taste buds.

grab a pita and spread the flavored cream cheese on it.

then add a layer of roast beef and then swiss cheese.

now roll the pita inta a loaf. slice and use toothpicks to hold.

thats it real simple and real good!
You could go to the store and in the freezer section they sell Phyllo shells. They are great to fill with some chicken salad, or for a desert filled with mousse. Go to www.athens.com for some good ideas.
