Does anyone know any neon food recipes?

it's my 13th birthday party next week and its neon themed but i cant find any neon food recipes and wondered if anyone knew any.

So I don't have a recipe per say-but more of a suggested best place to start. I have recently discovered bean curd threads. Also known as Glass Noodles. They look so cool. If you can find a recipe using them and serve them in a glass dish with a neon light underneath, it may provide the effect that you want. Take into consideration that you are not going to want a thick heavy sauce so that the light can shine through. Good luck!
