In most cases, the foods you like are the foods you are used to. Give yourself a chance to like something new. Commit yourself to tasting a food five times before you decide whether you like it or not. One time honored way is to add small amounts of vegetables or beans to old favorites, such as adding a little spinach or broccoli to lasagna, or a little cauliflower to macaroni and cheese. As you get used to the change, add a little more. Meatloaf is a great way to disguise for lots of finely chopped vegetables.

Best of luck.
