Any good food recipes training for a marathon?

I want to run the half-marathon in February and beat my time from 2:00 to 1:50. But I do not eat well. Is there a good book or links or suggestions on recipes for my training?Any good food recipes training for a marathon?
This is probably one of the better books out there:

Eating could be part of the answer but in reality you just need to start training a bit harder. I've found switching from milk to soymilk has helped me quite a bit. And if you want check out www.runnersworld.com this site has helped me tremendously it should help.
